Role Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Support Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide support across various HR functions, ensuring smooth operations and employee engagement. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or early-career professionals who wish to build their foundation in Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in HR operations including onboarding, documentation, and employee record management
• Support recruitment activities such as scheduling interviews, coordinating with candidates, and maintaining databases
• Prepare and maintain HR reports and dashboards using MS Office tools
• Assist in employee engagement activities, internal communications, and HR events
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures
• Respond to employee queries and provide timely resolutions or escalations
• Collaborate with the HR team to implement the best practices and process improvements

Key Skillsets Required

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Basic understanding of HR concepts and practices
• Analytical and problem-solving mindset
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment

Educational Qualifications

• Graduate in any stream
• Candidates with HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, NIPM, LinkedIn Learning HR courses) will be preferred
