Role & Responsibilities Provide high-level administrative support to the Managing Director, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations. Manage and maintain the Managing Director’s calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements, while prioritizing urgent matters. Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations to ensure effective communication. Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, facilitating smooth communication and collaboration. Coordinate logistics for meetings and events, including venue arrangements, catering, and materials preparation. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism. Skills & Qualifications Must-Have Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role. Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately. Preferred Experience in a technology or corporate environment.
