About the Company:

Inditherma Private Limited is a Kolkata-based enterprise engaged in the trading of iron products and has recently ventured into the manufacturing and sales of packaged drinking water under the brand name Trsna. With a production facility in Bankura, West Bengal, we are a young and ambitious company with a vision to build a trusted name in the water and beverage space.


Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic, smart, and highly organized Executive Assistant (EA) to support the Director in day-to-day operations, coordination, communication, and strategic execution. The EA will play a pivotal role in enabling the leadership to focus on growth by handling administrative, scheduling, business coordination, and follow-up responsibilities.


This is a high-trust role that requires discretion, speed, and a problem-solving mindset.



Key Responsibilities:Administrative & Personal Assistance:
  • Manage and maintain the Director’s daily schedule, calendar, and appointments.
  • Organize travel plans, meetings, follow-ups, and external/internal coordination.
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and communication on behalf of the Director as needed.
  • Draft letters, notes, presentations, and reports when required.


Business Coordination:
  • Act as a liaison between the Director and teams – factory, accounts, sales, and vendors.
  • Track project timelines, task completion, and ensure key priorities are progressing.
  • Assist in vendor communication, purchase follow-ups, and documentation.
  • Coordinate with external agencies – banks, consultants, government offices, etc.


Document & Information Management:
  • Maintain digital and physical records for contracts, legal, HR, and financial matters.
  • Prepare and organize reports, data sheets, and dashboards for management reviews.
  • Help maintain confidentiality of sensitive documents and business strategies.


Support in Business Development:
  • Assist in researching new markets, clients, and business opportunities.
  • Follow up on leads, client interactions, and communication pipelines.
  • Prepare proposals, email drafts, and meeting summaries when needed.


Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or any relevant field.
  • Minimum 2–5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant / Admin Coordinator.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi/Bengali.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic tech-savviness.
  • Must be organized, proactive, discreet, and capable of working independently.
  • Ability to handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-moving business environment.
  • Comfortable working in a startup-style company and supporting senior leadership.


Preferred Traits:
  • Experience working in manufacturing or trading setups is a plus.
  • High integrity and a no-nonsense attitude toward follow-ups and deadlines.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a willingness to take initiative.
