About the Role:

Executive Assistant

freshers or early professionals (3-5 years of experience)

Key Responsibilities:

Follow-ups Across Departments:

Proactively track tasks and follow up with multiple teams to ensure timely execution of action items.

Calendar & Travel Planning:

Assist in managing the COO’s schedule, coordinate meetings, and organize travel plans and itineraries.

Meeting Support:

Prepare meeting agendas, take
Minutes of Meetings (MoM)
, and ensure timely follow-through on discussion points.

Excel & PowerPoint Work:

Help in preparing reports, dashboards, and presentations using
MS Excel
and
PowerPoint
.

Email & Communication:

Draft and respond to professional communication and support coordination between the COO and internal teams.

Who Can Apply?

Education Background:
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in
BBA, MBA, B.Com, M.Com, B.Sc, M.Sc, B.E./B.Tech, or Diploma in Engineering
.
Experience:
1–3 years of work experience in any field with good coordination and communication skills. Prior experience as an assistant or in operations will be a plus.

Key Skills:

Good command over
English – written and verbal
Working knowledge of
MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Strong organization and follow-up skills
Willingness to learn and take ownership
Professional attitude and ability to maintain confidentiality
