Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Estimation and Costing Engineer to join our team for high-rise residential and commercial construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing precise cost estimates, quantity take-offs, and BOQs, and must be able to read and understand construction drawings accurately.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Prepare accurate quantity take-offs and cost estimates from architectural and structural drawings.

2. Able to read and understand architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.

3. Develop detailed BOQs and conduct rate analysis for civil, finishing, and MEP works.

4. Analyze and compare vendor quotations for materials and subcontractor works.

5. Maintain and update cost data in ERP software.

6. Monitor actual project costs against estimates and report variances.

7. Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and internal project teams.

8. Prepare project budgets, cash flow forecasts, and cost control reports.

9. Support in the preparation of tenders, contracts, and value engineering activities.

Requirements:

1. B.E. in Civil Engineering (mandatory).

2. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in estimation and costing for high-rise construction.

3. Hands-on experience with any ERP software is a must.

4. Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and estimation tools.

5. Strong understanding of construction drawings and specifications.

6. Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
