Job Description:
We are currently seeking motivated individuals for the position of ERP Functional Intern to contribute to the management and execution of enterprise resource planning (ERP) projects. The ERP Functional Intern will play a crucial role in understanding and optimizing the integration of technology within our business processes. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in ERP implementation, business analysis, and project management.
Responsibilities:
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze and interpret business requirements for ERP implementation.
● Assist in the configuration and customization of ERP systems to meet organizational needs.
● Contribute to the development of project plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines.
● Work closely with IT teams to oversee the execution of ERP projects, ensuring successful integration and functionality.
● Participate in data analysis, report generation, and documentation related to ERP processes and outcomes.
● Assist in ensuring compliance with project budgets and timelines, highlighting any potential risks or deviations.
● Collaborate with stakeholders to understand user needs and provide support in resolving ERP-related issues.
Skills and Qualifications:
● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
● Basic understanding of ERP principles and project management concepts.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
● Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment and learn quickly.
● Previous coursework or exposure to ERP systems is a plus.
Good to Have:
● Coursework or background in finance, IT, or a related field.
● Familiarity with ERP software such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
