Learn more at www.silabs.com. We are seeking an experienced Software Quality Assurance (SQA) Engineer with deep expertise in Bluetooth technologies to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing automation solutions for BTC/LE-Audio with a focus on protocol validation, interoperability, and performance testing. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field 3+ years of experience in software quality assurance with a focus on wireless technologies Strong programming skills in Python for test automation development Experience with Bluetooth protocol analyzers (Ellisys preferred) Demonstrated knowledge of Bluetooth specifications, including Classic Bluetooth and BLE Hands-on experience testing A2DP and other Bluetooth audio profiles Ability to read and interpret Bluetooth packet captures and protocol traces Experience with test automation frameworks and CI/CD integration Preferred Qualifications Experience with LE-Audio testing and validation Understanding of embedded systems and firmware testing Implementing AI-powered analysis of Ellisys captures to automatically identify protocol compliance issues Personal Attributes Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent attention to detail Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in teams Strong communication skills for effective documentation and cross-team collaboration Adaptable to changing requirements and technologies Technical Skills Programming: Advanced Python, scripting languages, Embedded C Bluetooth Technologies: BTC, BLE, LE-Audio, A2DP, HFP Tools: Ellisys Bluetooth Analyzer, Sodera, Wireshark, PTS Automation: Test framework development, continuous integration Version Control: Git Bug Tracking: JIRA or equivalent Education & Experience Bachelor's degree in a technical field (required) 3+ years of relevant experience in Bluetooth technology testing Silicon Labs is an equal opportunity employer and values the diversity of our employees.
