Client Engagement & Relationship Management

• Act as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
• Understand client business needs and align solutions accordingly.

Delivery Oversight

• Ensure timely and quality delivery of projects and services.
• Coordinate with project managers, technical teams, and vendors.
• Monitor performance metrics and SLAs; manage escalations proactively.

Account Growth & Revenue Management

• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling IT services.
• Work with sales and pre-sales teams to propose new solutions.
• Manage financial aspects, including forecasting, budgeting, and margin optimization.

Stakeholder Communication

• Conduct regular status meetings and executive reviews with clients.
• Provide periodic reports on project status, risks, and progress.

Team Collaboration & Leadership

• Work closely with delivery teams to ensure alignment with client goals.
• Support team development and resource planning.

Required Skills:

• Proven experience in IT service delivery, account management, or consulting in the banking domain
• Experience in working in PSUs
• Strong understanding of technology solutions, managed services, or software development lifecycle (SDLC)
• Excellent client management, negotiation, and communication skills
• Should be willing to travel if needed
• Ability to manage multiple engagements and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment
