  • Role: EDI Support Engineer
  • Location: PAN India
  • Experience: 4 to 6 Years
  • Skill: Experience in supporting any EDI tool is mandatory, with additional preference for hands-on experience with Cleo Integration Cloud and exposure to Cleo's ABC Program (Accelerator Booster Connectors)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled EDI Support Engineer with 4–6 years of mandatory experience in any EDI tool. The ideal candidate should have a solid foundation in EDI support operations, with preferred experience in tools such as Cleo Integration Cloud, and exposure to Cleo's ABC Program, Accelerator Booster, Connectors, and API-based integrations. Excellent communication and troubleshooting skills are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide L1/L2 support for EDI transactions, integration issues, and partner connectivity problems.
  • Monitor, analyze, and resolve errors in EDI workflows and file transmissions.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and external clients to ensure timely resolution of support tickets.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to enhance integration efficiency and support new partner onboarding.
  • Maintain documentation of trading partner configurations, error resolutions, and process flows.
Required Skills:
  • 4–6 years of hands-on experience in EDI support using any EDI tool (mandatory).
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and experience working in a fast-paced support environment.
  • Ability to independently analyze and resolve technical issues related to EDI processing.
  • Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written – with the ability to clearly convey issues and solutions.
Preferred Skills (Good to Have):
  • Experience with Cleo Integration Cloud.
  • Exposure to Cleo's ABC Program, Accelerator Booster, and Connectors.
  • Familiarity with API-based integrations and understanding of integration workflows.
  • Prior experience in EDI support roles within retail, supply chain, or logistics domains.
  • Knowledge of ticketing systems like Jira, ServiceNow, or similar tools.
