• Skill: Experience in supporting any EDI tool is mandatory, with additional preference for hands-on experience with Cleo Integration Cloud and exposure to Cleo's ABC Program (Accelerator Booster Connectors)

Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of EDI support and integration engineers.
• Manage

  customer calls

  , ensuring timely updates and resolutions.
• Perform in-depth

  root cause analysis

  for technical issues and implement permanent fixes.
• Design scalable and efficient

  EDI/API-based integration solutions

• Participate in

  pre-sales discussions

  and provide technical expertise during client engagements.
• Oversee partner onboarding, system configurations, and go-live support.
• Ensure accurate documentation of processes, issue logs, and integration architecture.
• Coordinate with sales, technical, and support teams to meet client expectations.

Mandatory Skills:

• 10–12 years of total experience

  , with proven experience in a lead or senior role.
• Hands-on experience with

• Strong team management and client engagement capabilities.
• Expertise in
