Job Summary

We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Ecommerce Lead to manage and grow our presence across leading online marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, and others. The ideal candidate will be responsible for strategy, operations, sales performance, and optimization across all online channels. This role requires a strong understanding of marketplace dynamics, digital marketing, catalog management, and customer engagement

Key Responsibilities

  • Marketplace Management

 End-to-end ownership of product listings, pricing, inventory, and order management on

platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, etc.

 Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure seamless product onboarding and

catalog hygiene.

 Maintain optimum inventory levels to prevent stockouts or overstocking.
  • Sales & Growth Strategy
 Define and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
 Analyze sales data, customer trends, and competitor activity to identify growthopportunities. Drive performance through promotions, campaigns, and platform-specific advertisingtools (e.g., Amazon PPC, Flipkart Ads).
  • Campaign & Promotion Management

 Plan and execute promotional campaigns during key sales events (Big Billion Days,Great Indian Festival, etc.). Work with platform account managers to leverage visibility and promotionalopportunities.Performance Analysis & Reporting Monitor and report on KPIs such as GMV, conversion rate, ROAS, order fulfillment, andreturns. Generate actionable insights using data tools and dashboards to improve platformperformance.Coordination & Communication Act as a liaison between the company and marketplace POCs. Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, finance, and customer service teams to alignstrategies and resolve issues.Compliance & Policy Adherence Ensure adherence to marketplace policies and resolve account health issues promptly. Stay updated with changes in platform algorithms, listing requirements, and sellingpolicies.

Requirements

  • Experience with ecommerce analytics platforms.
  • Working knowledge of order management systems and ERP integrations.
  • Hands-on experience with D2C website platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce (a plus)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Ecommerce, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 4-6 years of experience managing ecommerce marketplace operations.
  • Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, and related platforms.
  • Proficiency in Excel, analytics tools, and basic understanding of advertising dashboards (Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
