Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Solution Architecture:

  • Design end-to-end architecture for D365 Field Service solutions, integrating with other Microsoft and third-party systems.
  • Define data models, process flows, integrations, and security architecture.

  • Technical Leadership:

  • Provide technical leadership across D365 Field Service projects, guiding developers and consultants.
  • Define best practices for configuration, customization, and deployment.

  • Business Analysis & Stakeholder Management:

  • Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
  • Conduct workshops and stakeholder meetings to align technical solutions with business needs.

  • Project Delivery:

  • Oversee implementation phases, including design, development, testing, and deployment.
  • Ensure quality assurance and adherence to project timelines and budgets.

  • Integration & Extensibility:

  • Lead integrations with Power Platform, Azure services, IoT, and mobile solutions.
  • Ensure extensibility and scalability of solutions to accommodate future growth.

  • Governance & Documentation:

  • Maintain architecture documentation and technical specifications.
  • Ensure solutions comply with security, data privacy, and governance standards.
