We are seeking a dynamic Drone Support Executive to join our company (Roter Precision Instruments Pvt Ltd) to provide assistance and support in maintaining the data for drone and other relative products. The ideal candidate should possess excellent analytical skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work with large data sets in a fast-paced environment.

KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Analyze and understand the purpose of the data being entered/maintained.

· Enter, update, and maintain data in internal databases, spreadsheets, and software systems.

· Conduct routine data quality audits and verify data accuracy and completeness.

· Identify and resolve data discrepancies or inconsistencies.

· Perform regular backups and maintain data archives.

· Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely and accurate data updates.

· Generate data reports and summaries for internal teams as needed.

· Maintain confidentiality and data security protocols at all times.

· Support system upgrades or data migration projects when required.

· Adhere to data governance and compliance standards.

· All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Graduation in any field.
• 0-1 year of experience in data entry, data management, or a similar role.

· Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, and Outlook

· Exceptional record keeping and organizational skills

· Strong attention to detail

· Ability to keep track of multiple data rules

· Ability to recognize subtle differences in data

· Ability to research errors and find their source in order to prevent further occurrences

· Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
