About the Role:
We’re seeking a dynamic and driven
#B2B
#Sales
#leadManager with a strong track record in selling SaaS products to schools. This role is ideal for someone with deep
#EdTechsales exposure, a consultative sales approach, and the ability to close high-value institutional deals independently.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive new business by identifying and onboarding schools for our SaaS-based education solutions.
Build strong relationships with school management, principals, and decision-makers to close long-term deals.
Own the
#sales cycle – from lead generation to closure.
Develop strategies for outreach in Bangalore and Kolkata markets.
Maintain and update sales pipeline and forecasts.
Work closely with product and operations teams to ensure client satisfaction post-sale.
Consistently achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly targets.
Qualifications:
Education:
MBA preferred. Tier-2 and above B-Schools
B.Tech/BE or B.Sc in Physics/Mathematics also acceptable with strong sales experience.
Experience:10 years of solid experience in B2B sales – specifically in EdTech SaaS selling to schools.
Proven track record of consistently meeting/exceeding sales targets.
Existing network in Bangalore/Kolkata schools is a strong advantage.
Skills & Competencies:
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Strong interpersonal ability and client management skills.
Data-driven decision-making and ability to work in a fast-paced, result-oriented environment.
Confidence to lead discussions with school management and drive closure.
