Act as the subject matter expert in road engineering within digital transformation initiatives.
Collaborate with technology, design, and construction teams to identify automation and optimization opportunities across the asset lifecycle.
Lead the adoption and integration of digital tools such as BIM, GIS, digital twins, and predictive maintenance systems.
Define data standards, ensure interoperability between platforms, and establish quality control benchmarks for infrastructure data.
Guide the development of analytics dashboards, simulation models, and visualization tools for road performance and project delivery.
Contribute to digital training programs to build competency across engineering and operations teams.
Evaluate new technologies (AI/ML, IoT, drone mapping, etc.) for their application in road development and asset management.

Profile/Skills

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Transportation Engineering, or a related field.
8+ years of experience in road/highway engineering including planning, design, and construction supervision.
Strong understanding of road materials, pavement design, and transportation systems.
Experience with digital tools like AutoCAD Civil 3D, InfraWorks, BIM platforms, GIS, and project lifecycle management software.
Familiarity with data analytics, digital asset management, and smart infrastructure principles.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts to non-engineers.
Commitment to continuous learning and digital upskilling.
