Serve as the subject matter expert in building engineering disciplines (structural, MEP, architectural) within the digital transformation team.
Lead integration and implementation of BIM, digital twins, IoT-enabled systems, and smart building technologies.
Work with multidisciplinary teams to develop digital workflows, simulation models, and data standards to support lifecycle building performance.
Translate engineering requirements into digital tool specifications and support development of custom solutions when needed.
Guide digital asset management practices, including condition monitoring, predictive maintenance, and sustainability tracking.
Champion innovation across design, construction, and facilities management, driving adoption of new technologies and best practices.
Provide mentorship and contribute to skill development programs for engineering and operations personnel.

Profile/Skills

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or Architecture.
8+ years of experience in building design, construction, or facilities management.
Proven experience working with BIM platforms (e.g., Revit, Navisworks), simulation tools, and smart building systems.
Understanding of green building standards (e.g., LEED, WELL, IGBC) and lifecycle cost analysis.
Familiarity with data analytics, IoT integration, and digital project delivery platforms.
Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and leadership skills.
