We are looking for a detail-oriented Auditor to ensure compliance and assess internal controls within our NBFC. The role involves conducting audits, analyzing financial statements, and recommending improvements. 1. Loan File Review: Conduct thorough audits of unsecured loan files to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with organizational policies and regulatory standards. Verify documentation including credit reports, income verification, and identification. 2. Risk Assessment: Identify and evaluate potential risks associated with loan disbursement and recommend mitigation strategies. Analyze trends and patterns in loan data to identify areas for improvement. 3. Compliance Checks: Ensure all loans meet regulatory requirements and internal guidelines before approval. Collaborate with compliance teams to stay updated on regulatory changes affecting unsecured loans. 4. Reporting: Prepare audit reports summarizing findings, recommendations, and areas for improvement. Present findings to management and assist in developing action plans for any identified issues. Collaboration: Work closely with loan origination teams to understand processes and provide insights for enhancing loan quality and compliance. Assist in training staff on audit processes and compliance requirements.
