Key Responsibilities: Make proactive calls to customers for payment reminders (1–30 DPD bucket) Explain repayment schedules and resolve queries professionally Ensure timely follow-ups and maintain call logs Coordinate with collection & accounts team for updates Requirements: Experience in pre-collections with any NBFC/bank Strong communication and negotiation skills over the phone Ability to handle pressure and meet daily targets Work Days: Monday to Saturday Timings: 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM

The role involves conducting audits, analyzing financial statements, and recommending improvements. 1. Loan File Review: Conduct thorough audits of unsecured loan files to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with organizational policies and regulatory standards. Verify documentation including credit reports, income verification, and identification. 2. Risk Assessment: Identify and evaluate potential risks associated with loan disbursement and recommend mitigation strategies. Analyze trends and patterns in loan data to identify areas for improvement. 3. Compliance Checks: Ensure all loans meet regulatory requirements and internal guidelines before approval. Collaborate with compliance teams to stay updated on regulatory changes affecting unsecured loans. 4. Reporting: Prepare audit reports summarizing findings, recommendations, and areas for improvement. Present findings to management and assist in developing action plans for any identified issues. Collaboration: Work closely with loan origination teams to understand processes and provide insights for enhancing loan quality and compliance. Assist in training staff on audit processes and compliance requirements.
