Job descriptionWhat you’ll do Role & responsibilities - Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently. - Provide accurate information about banking products and services. - Deliver excellent customer service and enhance customer satisfaction. - Build strong relationships with customers to understand their financial goals and offer tailored solutions that add value to their banking experience - Develop a deep understanding of our banking products and services to identify upselling opportunities based on customer needs and preferences Preferred candidate profile - Minimum 10th /12 or Bachelor's degree can apply - Strong communication and interpersonal skills in Hindi or English - Ability to handle customer queries and complaints effectively.
