DLP Engineer

Position Title: DLP Engineer CTC: 6 LPA Exp: 1-2 Yr Location: Chennai Working Mode: Onsite Primary Skill: DLP, Crowdstrike, Forcepoint Qualification: Any Graduation Key Responsibilities: Implementation and Configuration: - Lead the deployment, configuration, and fine-tuning of Forcepoint DLP and CrowdStrike Falcon Endpoint Protection in alignment with organizational security policies and compliance standards. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and develop tailored security solutions for DLP and endpoint protection. - Configure DLP policies, classifications, and rules in Forcepoint to meet data security and regulatory requirements. - Install and configure CrowdStrike agents on all endpoints and ensure seamless integration with the company’s IT environment. Monitoring and Maintenance: - Monitor and review security alerts generated by Forcepoint and CrowdStrike, investigate incidents, and take necessary actions to mitigate risks. - Perform routine health checks on both Forcepoint and CrowdStrike systems to ensure optimal functionality and performance. - Maintain an up-to-date inventory of endpoints and DLP configurations across the organization. Troubleshooting and Incident Response: - Serve as the primary point of contact for troubleshooting issues related to Forcepoint DLP and CrowdStrike implementation. - Actively respond to security incidents and alerts, identifying, investigating, and resolving any security breaches or vulnerabilities. - Provide technical expertise in incident response procedures related to DLP and endpoint security. Training and Support: - Train internal IT teams on the proper use and administration of Forcepoint and CrowdStrike platforms. - Assist end-users with troubleshooting and resolving any issues related to DLP policies or endpoint security. - Develop and maintain user guides and best practices documentation for Forcepoint and CrowdStrike solutions. Continuous Improvement and Updates: - Stay up to date on the latest industry best practices, updates, and patches for both Forcepoint and CrowdStrike. - Proactively identify areas for improvement within the current DLP and endpoint protection strategy. - Apply patches, updates, and new feature releases to both systems as required. Reporting and Compliance: - Provide regular reports and metrics on security incidents, data protection status, and endpoint protection effectiveness to senior management. - Ensure all DLP policies and endpoint protection measures comply with relevant industry standards, regulations, and internal company policies. - Conduct periodic audits to assess compliance and security posture.
