KASA DECOR has a network of over 75 dealers and is spread across 50 cities in India. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Dispatch Coordinator located in New Delhi. The Dispatch Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating the dispatching of goods, ensuring timely communication with customers, providing excellent customer service, and managing data entry tasks. The role requires efficient multitasking and accurate record-keeping to support the smooth operation of the dispatch process. Qualifications Proficiency in Dispatching tasks Strong Communication and Customer Service skills Ability to be a Skilled Multi-tasker Competence in Data Entry Excellent organizational and time-management skills Prior experience in logistics or dispatch coordination is an advantage Problem-solving skills and attention to detail Computer literacy and familiarity with dispatch software like tally prime & google sheets, excel Show more Show less
