Key Responsibilities: Schedule and coordinate dispatch of goods as per delivery timelines. Prepare and verify dispatch documents like invoices, e-way bills, delivery challans, etc. Coordinate with production, sales, and warehouse teams to ensure product readiness. Liaise with transporters, drivers, and clients for smooth and timely deliveries. Track and monitor shipments and resolve any issues in real-time. Maintain and update dispatch logs and reports. Ensure compliance with company policies and government transport regulations. Maintain records of vehicle movements, fuel usage, and delivery confirmations. Handle customer queries related to delivery and dispatch status. Support in inventory control and stock movement tracking when required. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
