Director – Technology

project and program management

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of large-scale software projects, including architecture, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
• Manage a portfolio of multiple small to medium-sized projects or technology products, ensuring alignment with business strategies.
• Oversee project planning, estimation, budgeting, resource management, and execution to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.
• Establish and maintain effective project governance frameworks, including risk management, change control, and issue resolution.
• Define and implement the technology roadmap, in alignment with product and business priorities.
• Lead the design, development, and deployment of software applications, primarily using the Java or MERN stack.
• Collaborate with product managers, architects, and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams to build and retain high-performing engineering talent.
• Create and own High-Level Designs (HLD) and Low-Level Designs (LLD) for software applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across the stack.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies; proactively recommend and implement improvements.
• Drive a culture of continuous learning, including acquiring certifications and encouraging skill advancement in new technologies.
• Exposure or experience in AI, ML, and Data Science will be an added advantage.
