Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and onboard new clients (corporates, startups, SMEs) looking for recruitment support across functions and industries.
  • Build a strong sales pipeline through proactive outreach, cold calling, email campaigns, networking, referrals, and LinkedIn prospecting.
  • Own the complete business development cycle – lead generation, client pitch, proposal creation, negotiation, closure, and onboarding.
  • Manage and grow client relationships with CXOs, HR Heads, and decision-makers to generate repeat and referral business.
  • Collaborate closely with internal recruiters to ensure timely and quality delivery to clients.
  • Monitor delivery metrics, client satisfaction, and revenue realization from accounts.
  • Achieve and exceed quarterly revenue targets through strategic planning and execution.
  • Maintain records in CRM/trackers for leads, meetings, closures, and follow-ups.
  • Represent Cubical Operations LLP in external forums, job fairs, or business events.

Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in business development/client acquisition in recruitment, staffing, or HR consulting firms.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment delivery processes.
  • Demonstrated success in generating new business and achieving revenue targets.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and in a fast-paced setup.
  • Comfortable presenting and defending a strategic plan and past achievements.
