Job Description: SEO and Social Media Ads Specialist (2-3 Years of Experience) Position: SEO and Social Media Ads Specialist Experience: 2-3 Years Employment Type: Full-time Location: Bhubaneswar Salary: Negotiable on last drawn salary Joining - Immediate Job Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven SEO and Social Media Ads Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 2-3 years of experience in managing and optimizing paid campaigns across multiple platforms, as well as a strong understanding of SEO strategies. You will play a critical role in driving brand awareness, generating leads, and increasing ROI through effective digital marketing efforts. Key Responsibilities: Social Media Advertising: Plan, execute, and manage social media campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Twitter. Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, optimizing ads to achieve KPIs. Conduct A/B testing to determine the most effective ad creatives, formats, and targeting. Stay up-to-date with social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices. Search Engine Advertising (SEO/SEM): Develop and execute SEO strategies to increase organic search rankings and website traffic. Conduct keyword research to identify opportunities for both SEO and PPC campaigns. Manage Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other PPC platforms to maximize conversions and minimize cost-per-click (CPC). Analyze performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads Manager, and SEMrush. Content and Creative Collaboration: Work closely with the content team to create engaging ad copy, visuals, and landing pages that align with brand goals. Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines and resonates with target audiences. Collaborate with graphic designers and videographers to produce high-quality campaign materials. Data Analysis and Reporting: Track campaign performance metrics, prepare regular reports, and present insights to stakeholders. Use data to refine strategies, improve conversion rates, and optimize budget allocation. Identify trends and provide actionable recommendations for continuous improvement. Qualifications & Skills: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Proven 2-3 years of experience in social media advertising and SEO/SEM. Strong knowledge of platforms such as Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager. Hands-on experience with SEO tools like SEMrush, Moz, or Arefs. Proficiency in Google Analytics and other reporting tools. Excellent understanding of audience segmentation, targeting, and retargeting strategies. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions. Creative mindset with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Skills: Experience with email marketing & add posting in different platforms like Mailchimp or HubSpot. Knowledge of programmatic advertising and influencer marketing.
