Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager Location: Chandigarh (On Site) Department: Marketing Experience: 3–6 years Reporting To: CEO --- About the Role: We are looking for a strategic and execution-focused Digital Marketing Manager to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention for our D2C brand. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of inbound marketing, CRM-led retention strategies, and a working knowledge of performance marketing. Prior experience with tools like WebEngage, LimeChat, and basic automation flows is a big plus. --- Key Responsibilities: Inbound & Retention Marketing: Build and manage automated journeys using tools like WebEngage or similar (email, SMS, WhatsApp). Segment users based on behavior and build targeted nurture flows to drive repeat sales and LTV. Collaborate with the content team to create blogs, lead magnets, and landing pages for SEO + inbound traffic. Plan and execute WhatsApp commerce campaigns with conversational tools like LimeChat. Performance Marketing Support: Coordinate with internal or external performance teams to align inbound/retention efforts with paid campaigns. Analyze funnel metrics from paid channels and suggest optimizations for conversion and remarketing. Lead experiments around referral, loyalty, and win-back campaigns. Analytics & Reporting: Track user behavior across web, WhatsApp, and email; analyze metrics like CAC, ROAS, retention, LTV, churn. Regularly update dashboards and share actionable insights with stakeholders. -- Requirements: 3–6 years of hands-on experience in digital/inbound/retention marketing for a D2C or eCommerce brand. Proficiency in tools like WebEngage, MoEngage, LimeChat, Klaviyo, or similar. Strong understanding of user journeys, funnel design, and lifecycle campaigns. Good grasp of performance marketing metrics (even if not managing ads directly). Creative + analytical mindset; comfortable with campaign A/B testing and customer segmentation. Show more Show less
