Join us to be part of a dynamic team shaping the future of personal grooming in India. --- Role Overview: We are seeking a result-driven and motivated ASM to lead and expand our general trade and modern trade presence across Chandigarh and the Tricity market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing distributors, achieving sales targets, and building strong retail execution. --- Key Responsibilities: Sales & Distribution: Drive secondary and primary sales across the assigned territory. Appoint, manage, and grow a network of distributors and retailers. Monitor stock levels, order flow, and distributor ROI. Market Execution: Ensure product availability, visibility, and placement across GT outlets. Plan and execute trade promotions and in-store activations. Ensure compliance with the LetsShave retail execution strategy. Team Management: Lead, train, and develop team of motivated sales representatives. Monitor daily beat plans, productivity, and market discipline. Reporting & Analysis: Provide timely reports on sales performance, market feedback, and competition activity. Use market intelligence to identify growth opportunities and threats. --- Key Requirements: Proven experience (3–6 years) as ASM or TSI in FMCG/Personal Care. Strong distributor and retail network knowledge in Chandigarh & Tricity. Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. Data-driven approach with knowledge of MS Excel or sales reporting tools. Self-motivated with a problem-solving mindset. Preferred: Experience in grooming/personal care/skincare category.
