Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Digital Marketing Manager with 7+ years of expertise in developing and executing data-driven digital marketing strategies across various channels, including SEO, SMO, Google Ads, content marketing, and lead generation. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of both performance and brand marketing, with a proven ability to drive online visibility, customer engagement, and measurable business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Lead and manage SEO (on-page and off-page), SMO, and paid campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Plan and execute lead generation campaigns to drive targeted traffic and quality conversions.
  • Oversee website performance, UX improvements, and landing page optimization.
  • Create and manage content and social media calendars to support branding and engagement efforts.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and CRM dashboards.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, design, content, development) to ensure marketing initiatives are aligned.
  • Manage digital marketing budgets effectively, ensuring high ROI on all campaigns.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in digital marketing.
  • Lead, train, and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in digital marketing, with strong hands-on knowledge.
  • Proven expertise in SEO, SMO, Google Ads, and lead generation.
  • Proficient in tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, HubSpot, Mailchimp, and others.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to convert data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and leadership skills.
  • Experience in both B2B and B2C marketing is an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Google Ads, Analytics, or HubSpot certification.
  • Experience in marketing for IT, SaaS, or service-based companies.
  • Familiarity with WordPress, HTML basics, and CRM platforms.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
