Job Overview:

We are looking for a self-motivated and energetic Digital Marketing Manager who can independently manage and execute paid advertising campaigns across Google and all major social media platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in targeted ad creation, audience interaction, and converting engagement into quality leads. You should thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy working with a young and vibrant team, and be confident in managing social media platforms, engaging with clients, and turning inquiries into conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and manage paid campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Monitor and optimize campaigns to improve performance, ROI, and lead generation.
• Actively engage with users through comments, messages, and queries to drive interaction and conversions.
• Work with internal teams to develop effective ad creatives and landing pages.
• Track conversions, set up proper funneling, and maintain lead databases.
• Analyze campaign data and prepare performance reports with actionable insights.
• Stay up to date with platform updates, new ad features, and digital trends.

Requirements:

• 2–5 years of hands-on experience in Google and social media ad campaign management.
• Strong understanding of audience targeting, bidding strategies, and conversion tracking.
• Excellent communication skills for client and audience engagement.
• Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and similar tools.
• Ability to generate leads and drive measurable results independently.
• Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certifications.

· Office Timing – 09.30 to 6.30pm

· 2nd & 4th Saturday & all Sunday’s holiday

· Immediate Joining

· Office Location: Andheri East, Near WEH/Gundavali Metro Station

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
