Digital Sales Manager

Apex Infotech India, a leading digital marketing and technology solutions company based in Mumbai, is looking for a Digital Sales Manager to join our growing team. We are a group of passionate professionals offering 360° digital services including SEO, Google Ads, Web Development, Social Media Marketing, and more.

We are seeking a self-motivated and energetic individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is excited to work with a young and vibrant team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead generation, client communication, and driving appointments for business development meetings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new business leads through various channels (LinkedIn, email, cold calling, networking, etc.).
• Follow up with prospects regularly to build strong business relationships.
• Schedule appointments and set up meetings for the business development team.
• Maintain and update CRM systems with lead and contact information.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication during pre-sales and onboarding.
• Meet monthly lead and appointment targets as defined.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in digital sales, inside sales, or business development (preferably in digital marketing or IT services).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to identify client needs and position Apex’s services as suitable solutions.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple leads at once.
• Proactive, result-driven, and eager to work in a dynamic start-up environment.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office/Google Workspace.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
