Job Title: Digital Marketing Head Location: Ahmedabad (work from office) Experience Required: 6+ years (minimum 3 years in Managerial role) Reports to: Founder Team Size: 12-14 Direct Reportees Industry: Health & Wellness Devices Employment Type: Full-Time Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Head Digital Marketing to lead our in-house marketing team. This is a leadership role requiring hands-on execution, strategic thinking, and effective team management. Key Responsibility Area: Own end-to-end digital marketing strategy, planning, execution, and performance tracking. Lead and mentor cross-functional teams including performance, content, design, and analytics to drive cohesive campaigns. Develop and optimize customer acquisition funnels across channels like Google Ads, Meta, marketplaces, and affiliates. Align marketing efforts with business goals through data-driven strategies, well-defined KPIs, and actionable reporting. Collaborate with product, tech, and sales teams to ensure unified brand messaging and campaign execution. Foster a high-performance team culture focused on accountability, agility, and continuous improvement. Explore and implement new digital channels, tools, and trends to drive innovation and growth. Oversee and optimize marketing budgets to maximize return on investment and support business scalability. Key Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong command of performance marketing, analytics, and campaign planning. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Proven experience in managing and motivating a team. Self-starter with a “get-things-done” mindset. Industry Background: Experience working with brands in personal care, health & wellness, or consumer electronics and E-commerce.
