Digital Marketing Head

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Head Digital Marketing to lead our in-house marketing team. This is a leadership role requiring hands-on execution, strategic thinking, and effective team management. Key Responsibility Area: Own end-to-end digital marketing strategy, planning, execution, and performance tracking. Lead and mentor cross-functional teams including performance, content, design, and analytics to drive cohesive campaigns. Develop and optimize customer acquisition funnels across channels like Google Ads, Meta, marketplaces, and affiliates. Align marketing efforts with business goals through data-driven strategies, well-defined KPIs, and actionable reporting. Collaborate with product, tech, and sales teams to ensure unified brand messaging and campaign execution. Foster a high-performance team culture focused on accountability, agility, and continuous improvement. Explore and implement new digital channels, tools, and trends to drive innovation and growth. Oversee and optimize marketing budgets to maximize return on investment and support business scalability. Skills That Define Success: Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong command of performance marketing, analytics, and campaign planning. Over 6 years of experience in Digital marketing or a similar capacity. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Proven experience in managing and motivating a team.
