Job Title: Digital Marketing Executive Department: Marketing Reporting To: Marketing Manager / Business Development Head Location: Mumbai Experience Required: 1 to 3 Years Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary: We are hiring a Digital Marketing Executive to strengthen our online presence and drive demand generation for our IT products and services. The role focuses on executing digital campaigns to promote our hardware solutions, software offerings, and managed IT services to B2B and enterprise customers. The ideal candidate must be tech-savvy, analytical, and creative with prior experience in IT industry marketing. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation & Campaign Execution Run digital campaigns to generate leads for IT hardware (servers, storage, networking) and software (ERP, CRM, security tools, etc.). Use Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, email marketing tools to drive B2B engagement. Coordinate with sales to qualify and follow up on leads. SEO, SEM & Website Management Perform keyword research and apply on-page and off-page SEO techniques. Manage SEM/PPC campaigns across Google and LinkedIn. Update website content regularly (product pages, case studies, service descriptions). Content Creation & Social Media Management Create content relevant to IT buyers (e.g., brochures, blogs, social posts, videos). Manage company pages on LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube. Build monthly content calendars aligned with business objectives. Email Marketing & CRM Integration Design and send email campaigns using platforms like Mailchimp, Zoho Campaigns, etc. Segment audience and personalize content for software updates, product launches, and service offerings. Analytics & Reporting Track campaign performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and ad dashboards. Monitor KPIs such as impressions, clicks, CPL, CTR, ROAS, and conversions. Share monthly reports with insights and recommendations. Key Skills & Tools: Google Ads, Google Analytics, Search Console LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Ads SEO tools (Ahrefs/SEMRush/Ubersuggest) Canva, WordPress, Mailchimp, Zoho CRM Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets (for reporting) Qualifications: Graduate in Marketing, IT, Mass Media, or a related field 1–3 years of relevant digital marketing experience Strong written and verbal communication skills Knowledge of IT products and B2B buyer behavior preferred
