About Us NextGen Group Job Description We are seeking a creative and results-driven Digital Marketer to join our team. The Digital Marketer will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing online marketing campaigns that promote our brand and products. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a passion for digital marketing, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of driving online engagement and sales. Key Responsibilities Develop and Implement Digital Marketing Strategies: Create, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and content marketing. Develop and manage paid search and social media advertising campaigns. Utilize data analytics to measure and optimize campaign performance. Content Creation and Management: Produce and manage engaging content for various digital platforms, including websites, blogs, social media, and email newsletters. Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing and effective marketing materials. SEO and SEM Management: Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve website ranking and organic traffic. Manage and optimize PPC campaigns to maximize ROI. Social Media Management: Develop and implement a social media strategy to increase brand awareness and engagement. Monitor and respond to social media interactions, engaging with our audience to build community and enhance brand loyalty. Email Marketing: Design and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotions, and automated workflows. Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments to improve open and conversion rates. Analytics and Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics for all digital marketing activities. Use insights to refine and improve ongoing and future campaigns. Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with the marketing team, sales team, and other departments to ensure cohesive and consistent messaging across all channels. Stay updated with industry trends and emerging digital marketing technologies and strategies. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and email marketing software. Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, social media marketing, and content marketing.
