Digital Marketing Content & Growth Strategist

Success in this role

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive

    content, social media, and performance marketing strategy

    aligned with company objectives.
  • Plan, manage, and optimize

    paid advertising campaigns

    across

    Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn

    , and other relevant platforms.
  • Lead the

    social media strategy and content planning

    to grow followers, enhance engagement, and strengthen brand voice.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to produce engaging

    visual and video content

    for social media, ads, and campaigns.
  • Implement and monitor

    SEO strategies

    to complement organic growth efforts.
  • Conduct

    audience research, competitor analysis, and trend spotting

    to guide strategy.
  • Utilize tools like

    GA4, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Ads Manager, and Google Ads

    to track, measure, and optimize campaign performance.
  • Develop and execute

    retargeting, A/B testing, and funnel optimization

    to maximize ROI.
  • Report on key metrics such as

    CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS

    , and social media KPIs with data-backed insights.
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends and updates in

    digital marketing, social platforms, and ad technologies

  • Manage content calendars, freelance contributors, and ensure consistent brand messaging across platforms.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience

    in

    Social Media Marketing, Performance Marketing

    , and digital content strategy.
  • Proven track record of running and optimizing

    Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn campaigns

    with positive ROI.
  • Strong expertise in

    social media strategy, content planning, and brand storytelling

    .
  • Proficiency in

    SEO fundamentals

    and best practices.
  • Skilled in

    Google Analytics 4 (GA4)

    , Google Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, and related tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a knack for

    copywriting and storytelling

  • Basic design and content creation skills using

    Canva, Adobe Suite, or Figma

  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive strategic decisions.
