Digital & Business Operations Associate

Manibhu is a growing self-care brand built on purpose, community and consistency. We’re looking for someone who can own day-to-day execution across content, marketing and operations, and work closely with the founder to keep things running smoothly.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys building structure, making systems more efficient and getting things done without waiting to be told how.

Key Responsibilities

1. Content and Social Media:

   Execute weekly content calendar across Instagram, email and blog. Ensure all posts go live on time with the right visuals, captions and tone of voice. Coordinate basic designs via Canva and support video editing when needed.

2. Meta Ads Management:

   Support campaign setup and optimisation across Meta platforms. Monitor performance, track key metrics and compile weekly performance reports with insights and next steps.

3. Order Management and Customer Experience:

   Oversee daily orders via Shopify and WhatsApp. Liaise with the warehouse to ensure timely dispatch and provide prompt, friendly responses to DMs, comments and customer support tickets.

4. Inventory and Vendor Coordination:

   Track fast-moving SKUs, update inventory sheets, raise timely purchase orders and follow up with suppliers to ensure zero stock-outs on key products.

5. Analytics and Reporting:

   Maintain a clean weekly dashboard with marketing, sales and CX data. Highlight red flags and tiny wins. Propose quick experiments or fixes where needed.

6. Process Improvement and Automation:

   Identify repetitive manual tasks and explore simple ways to streamline them using AI or automation tools. Document SOPs as the business scales.

What We’re Looking For

• 2 to 3 years of experience in D2C or e-commerce operations and marketing
• Hands-on knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Canva, Instagram tools, Shopify and Google Sheets
• Clear written communication in English and Hinglish
• Comfort working independently with a strong bias for action
• Attention to detail and a process-oriented mindset
• Bonus: Interest in automation tools like ChatGPT, Zapier, Notion etc

Compensation and Perks

• Salary range: ₹20,000 to ₹30,000 per month depending on experience
• Performance bonus of up to 20% every quarter
• Remote-friendly with flexibility, though we prefer someone based in or near Gurgaon
