Position : SRE Lead / DevOps Lead

SRE / DevOps Lead

Must-Have Skills

  • Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) and DevOps principles
  • Cloud: GCP and Azure
  • IaC: Terraform, Ansible
  • CI/CD: Azure DevOps, GitHub
  • Monitoring: AppDynamics, Graafian, Splunk
  • Containers: Docker, Kubernetes
  • Chaos engineering: Gremlin, Chaos Monkey
  • Load testing: JMeter, Blaze Meter, K6
  • Strong grasp of ITIL/ITSM, SLAs, and OLAs
  • Agile methodologies: Scrum, Kanban, or XP

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a distributed SRE/DevOps team
  • Ensure availability, performance, and scalability of services
  • Define and implement SRE practices
  • Automate infrastructure and delivery pipelines
  • Coordinate with ITSM, product, and engineering teams
  • Participate in on-call rotations and incident resolution

Preferred Profile

  • 5+ years in SRE/DevOps roles
  • 2+ years of team leadership experience, preferably in offshore settings
  • Proficient in scripting (Python, Bash, PowerShell)
