Design Engineer (Mechanical)

We are hiring Manager - Design for Balers, Racks, Harvester combine assembly plant as per below mentioned details :

Job Responsibilities:

1. Lead complete design and its documentation of Harvester Combine or products and take support of team member as when required.
2. Follow Product Development Process to built high performance, low cost and most reliable products while working with CFT.3. Create dimensional drawing, main assembly drawing, part drawing and complete bill of material (EBOM) of the products following BIS, ISO, DIN Standards.4. Analyze field failure and product improvement points for better customer satisfaction.5. Establish material specification for new parts and help purchase team for development.6. Prepare reports and documents for review meetings7. Release MBOM after thorough checking and correcting for flawless manufacturing.8. Ensure optimum design at the minimum cost in order to be competitive in the market, better product performance and low maintenance cost9. Solve production related problems due to fabrication , machining, assembly etc.10. Must have knowledge of Solid Work Software.

· New Product Development.

· Designing and 2D Drawing of sheet metal component of container.

· Preparation of BOM for costing & production.

· Responsible for Proto Development.

· Dealing with Vendor for new developed parts. Coordination with Purchase team for supply of raw material.

· Responsible for Cross-checking All the Drawings of new Development. For sample bases or For Taking it for Mass production.

· Responsible for handling E.C.N and E.C.R. of the implement.

· Finalizing & release of 2D drawings.

· Multi CAD Software: having good knowledge of working on Solid Works & Basic knowledge of Creo 2.0, modules like Modelling, Assembly & Drawing.

· To work in team for new product development starting from prototype till it’s launching in market.

· To do Designing, Sheet metal Development, Solid modeling, Assembly, costing and production BOM, Design cycle for the new product.

· To do Engineering calculation and GD&T

· Making All Drawings by Reverse Engineering.

· Entry of the BOM in ERP with weight for operation in production & excel bom for costing.

· Designing and modification of component considering market trends.

· Knowledge and implementation of V.A.V.E, ECN releasing.

· Design the implement racks with the help of solid works.

Project Handle:

· COMBINE HARVESTER

· CULTIVATOR

· ROTAVATOR

· DESIGN THE IMPLEMENT LOADING STRUCTURE, RACK

Software Exposure:

· Solid works

· Basic Knowledge of Creo 2.0

· Good Knowledge Of MS-Office (Power-Point, Word, Excel)

· Finsys (ERP)

Job Location- Malerkotla, Patiala

Experience- 10 to 12 years (OEM experience required)
Industry Preferred- Tractor/Agricultural / Construction Equipment / Earth Moving Industry/Heavy equipment IndustryQualification- B.Tech/ B.E or equivalent
