Title: Delivery Head Designation: VP Skills: Head of AI Deliveries, Data Science, AI/ML, GenAI and Agentic-AI Experience: 18+ years Location: Greater Noida We at Coforge are hiring a AI Delivery Head with the following skillset: Lead end-to-end delivery of AI/GenAI solutions for global clients, ensuring high-quality execution across industry verticals (BFSI, Insurance, Healthcare, TTH, etc.). Translate AI strategy into executable delivery roadmaps, ensuring outcomes are aligned with client objectives and business KPIs Interface directly with global CXOs, driving solution presentations, PoCs, and shaping AI-driven transformation engagements. Establish and nurture AI Centers of Excellence (CoEs), drive innovation culture, and champion reusable IPs, accelerators, and frameworks. Build and mentor a high-performing delivery team with capabilities across AI/ML, GenAI, data engineering, and cloud-based services. Institute robust governance models for project health, compliance, delivery risks, and escalations Guide architectural decisions for scalable AI platforms using tools and languages such as Python, MLflow, Hugging Face, LangChain, RAG architectures, and cloud-native AI services (AWS, Azure, GCP), MCP/A2A/ACP protocols on Agentic-AI, etc. Should have good understanding of all the latest AI technologies and how they work together to delivery AI programs. Required: 20+ years in IT, with at least recent 5–8 years in leadership roles driving global delivery in AI, ML, Data Science, Gen-AI and Agentic AI Engineering programs. Strong understanding of data requirements for AI based programs, AI/ML Ops, Gen-AI tools, cloud-native AI services, and full-stack development practices. Show more Show less
