The role also involves P&L ownership , ensuring financial sustainability and strategic growth. Key Responsibilities: Project & Program Management: Oversee end-to-end technical delivery , ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope. P&L Management: Own financial performance , including revenue forecasting, budgeting, and cost optimization. Data Analytics & AI: Drive data-driven insights for underwriting and claims optimization. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with C-Suit business leaders, clients, and technical teams to align technology with strategic goals. Risk & Compliance: Ensure adherence to methodologies, regulations, cybersecurity best practices, and risk mitigation strategies . Process Optimization: Implement automation, DevOps, and API integrations for operational efficiency. Required Skills & Qualifications: 18+ years of experience in insurance technology, cloud transformation, and project/program management . Expertise in Microsoft Azure, AI/ML, and analytics platforms . Strong knowledge of Property & Casualty insurance ecosystem . Proven ability to lead technical teams , manage budgets, and drive innovation. B Tech/ BE and MBA, advantage to have relevant insurance certifications preferred. Show more Show less
