Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Data Analyst / MIS Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and transforming data into meaningful insights to support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple sources.
Develop and maintain MIS reports, dashboards, and KPIs using tools like Excel, Power BI, Zoho Analytics, or Tableau.
Automate recurring reports and workflows to improve efficiency.
Work with cross-functional teams to understand reporting requirements and deliver timely insights.
Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction and reporting.
Ensure data quality, integrity, and security across all datasets.
Assist in developing data models and supporting business analysis.
Prepare and present regular and ad-hoc reports for management review.

Key Skills:

Strong knowledge of Advanced Excel, Power Query, Pivot Tables, Macros.
Hands-on experience with BI Tools (Power BI, Zoho Analytics, Tableau).
Good understanding of databases: SQL Server, Azure, or similar.
Scripting knowledge: Python, VBA, or Google Apps Script is a plus.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and presentation skills.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Science, Computer Science, or related field.
MBA (preferred but not mandatory).
3–7 years of relevant experience in MIS reporting and data analysis.
