Data Conversion Developer

About the Role

Are you passionate about data and looking for a hands-on, impactful role in data migration and ETL development? ABC Glofox is seeking a Data Conversion Developer to manage the seamless migration of client data to our platform.

You'll work with tools like Actian, SQL, stored procedures, and MS Access to ensure data integrity and quality throughout the transition process. Your work will directly affect the success of customer onboarding and satisfaction.

What You'll Do

• Design & implement ETL pipelines for data migration.
• Use Actian, SQL, scripting, and other tools to develop and maintain data integration solutions.
• Cleanse, validate, and ensure data quality pre/post migration.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients to meet data needs.
• Troubleshoot and optimize ETL job performance.
• Maintain documentation of ETL processes.

What You'll Need:

• Bachelor's in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on ETL development experience.
• Proficiency in ETL tools (Actian, Informatica, Talend, SSIS, etc.).
• Strong SQL and database knowledge (modeling, schema design).

Good to have:

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Scripting knowledge (e.g., Python, Shell, etc.)
• Certifications in ETL tools are a plus
