Customer Success Executive

Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and motivated Customer Success Intern to join our team. This is a hands-on internship that offers a unique opportunity to learn and grow in a customer-facing role within a B2B healthcare environment. As an intern, you will be directly involved in engaging with customers at various locations, understanding their experiences with our products, identifying potential challenges, and ensuring optimal product utilization. Key Responsibilities: Conduct Customer Check-ins: Regularly connect with customers to gather feedback on their experience with Tricog's products and services, ensuring they are effectively using the products to meet their needs. Report Feedback to the Team: Collect and relay customer insights and feedback to the teams to inform continuous improvement and development efforts. Assist in Resolving Customer Issues: Work closely with the product team to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve any challenges or issues customers may face with our products, ensuring a seamless experience. Monitor Product Usage: Analyze customer usage data to identify trends and areas for improvement, helping customers maximize the value of Tricog’s solutions. Participate in Strategy Meetings: Contribute to internal meetings focused on enhancing customer satisfaction and retention strategies, providing insights and suggestions based on direct customer interactions. Qualifications and Requirements: Proficiency in Marathi: Strong communication skills in Marathi are essential. Residency in Bangalore : Candidates must be based in Pune, as this role requires working from our office. Eagerness to Learn: No specific educational or professional experience is required.
