Position: Customer Relationship Manager

Responsibilities:

• Customer Data Management:Managing and optimizing CRM systems, ensuring accurate and up-to-date customer information.
• Customer Segmentation:Analyzing customer data to identify different customer segments based on demographics, purchase history, and behavior.
• Targeted Marketing Campaigns:Developing and executing targeted marketing campaigns based on customer segments, utilizing email, SMS, or other channels.
• Relationship Building:Fostering strong relationships with key customers, addressing their needs, and ensuring their satisfaction.
• Sales Support:Collaborating with sales teams to identify potential leads, support sales efforts, and drive revenue growth.
• Customer Experience Management:Working to improve the overall customer experience by analyzing feedback, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing changes.
• Performance Monitoring:Tracking the performance of CRM initiatives, analyzing data, and reporting on key metrics like customer acquisition, retention, and revenue.
• Collaboration:Working closely with marketing, sales, customer service, and other departments to ensure a cohesive customer experience.

Key Skills:

• CRM Software Proficiency: Experience with CRM platforms like Salesforce, Zoho, or HubSpot.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze customer data, identify trends, and draw insights.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with customers and collaborating with teams.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve customer issues and improve processes.
• Sales and Marketing Acumen: Understanding of sales and marketing principles and how they relate to customer relationships.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
