Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and optimize CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot)
Segment customer data for targeted campaigns and personalized outreach
Coordinate with sales, marketing, and support teams to ensure unified customer experience
Monitor CRM campaign performance and generate actionable reports
Resolve customer queries and ensure timely follow-ups
Maintain data accuracy and compliance with privacy regulations

Required Skills:
