About the Role: Seeking a Customer Onboarding Program Manager who thrives on making complex processes simple, scalable, and human-centric. You’ll lead our customer onboarding initiatives, design workflows, create documentation, and work cross-functionally to ensure our customers experience success from day one. Your mission: To optimize, standardize, and scale onboarding processes while ensuring each customer feels empowered and supported. Location: Hyderabad, Telangana - India Type: Full-Time Key Responsibilities: Lead and improve the customer onboarding experience from start to finish. Design and execute efficient project plans that align with stakeholder expectations. Build scalable and repeatable onboarding systems to support business growth. Develop and maintain clear communication frameworks that reduce confusion and support proactive engagement. Create and implement cross-functional handoff protocols to ensure smooth transitions between internal teams. Develop documentation, training materials, and self-service resources to empower customers and reduce support dependencies. Design dashboards and visibility systems to track onboarding progress and identify areas for improvement. Collaborate closely with Customer Success, Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to streamline processes and align on goals. Standardize key onboarding tasks while allowing flexibility for different customer types. Identify risks early and implement systems to prevent delays or miscommunication.
