Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly articulate and client-focused CRM Executive with fluent English communication skills to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary liaison between our company and international clients, ensuring top-tier customer satisfaction and effective communication. You will play a pivotal role in managing relationships, handling inquiries, and ensuring a seamless client experience, especially in the luxury and sustainability-focused segment of lab-grown diamonds.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for international clients, handling inquiries and requests promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain and update client information in the CRM system to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (sales, production, logistics) to ensure timely delivery and updates to clients.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients by providing personalized service and understanding their preferences.
  • Manage client onboarding processes, including documentation, product education, and follow-up.
  • Prepare and send quotations, product information, and order confirmations.
  • Handle post-sale support, resolve issues, and ensure overall client satisfaction.
  • Generate reports on client interactions, feedback, and follow-up actions.
  • Actively contribute to improving CRM processes and suggesting customer-centric solutions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Excellent spoken and written English is mandatory – ability to communicate with foreign clients effectively.
  • 0–3 years of experience in CRM, customer service, or client-facing roles (experience in luxury goods, gems, or jewelry preferred).
  • Strong interpersonal skills, confident communication style, and a customer-first attitude.
  • Proficient in CRM software and MS Office tools.
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Cultural sensitivity and understanding of international client expectations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
