Role Overview: We are looking for a customer-focused, detail-oriented CRM Executive to manage the entire post-sales journey for clients — from booking to possession. The ideal candidate will ensure excellent client communication, documentation accuracy, timely updates, and overall customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Manage the complete post-sales process: booking, documentation, payment follow-up, and handover coordination. Serve as the single point of contact for customer queries, concerns, and escalations. Track payment schedules, send reminders, and coordinate with the finance team for receivables. Prepare allotment letters, demand notes, NOCs, possession letters, and other key documents. Coordinate between customers and internal departments (sales, accounts, legal, site teams). Maintain and update CRM software with accurate client records, timelines, and communication logs. Assist with the possession process: inspection coordination, handover kits, snag management, etc. Provide regular status updates to customers on project progress and documentation. Ensure high customer satisfaction and support referral programs or reviews. Role Overview: We are seeking a proactive and technically sound Maintenance Manager to oversee all facility operations, AMC contracts, technical support, and post-possession services across residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing), housekeeping, security, and general maintenance teams. Key Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day maintenance of residential and commercial buildings, ensuring upkeep of all infrastructure and services. Supervise and coordinate with in-house technicians and outsourced vendors (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, DG, lift, STP, etc.). Prepare and manage preventive maintenance schedules and SOPs for all essential utilities. Ensure timely execution of AMC services and maintain compliance documentation. Handle resident complaints professionally and ensure timely redressal through proper coordination. Manage budgeting and cost control for maintenance-related activities.
