Job Description

Position: Critical Infrastructure EngineerLocation: MumbaiShift: 24x7Experience: 3–5 years monitoring critical infrastructure systems, especially power and HVAC.

Role Summary

Monitor, maintain, and ensure the health, performance, and uptime of critical infrastructure systems (power and HVAC) in real-time, ensuring smooth operations and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Power Systems Monitoring — Monitor UPS, generators, and electrical panels; track load, efficiency, and anomalies.HVAC Monitoring — Ensure optimal temperature/humidity; monitor CRACs, air handlers, and cooling units.Real-Time Alerts & Response — Set up alerts; respond immediately; perform diagnostics and escalate issues.Data Logging & Reporting — Maintain logs; prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports; document incidents.Troubleshooting — Diagnose root causes; coordinate with technicians/vendors for timely resolution.Preventive Maintenance — Track schedules; set alerts to avoid downtime.Compliance — Ensure systems meet industry standards; support audits and maintain documentation.

Requirements

Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and documentation skills
Calm under pressure in high-availability environments
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
