About the Role:

We are seeking Critical Infrastructure Engineers to join our high-performance team managing Data Center/Telecom infrastructure in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will be experienced in monitoring, maintaining, and optimizing critical infrastructure systems, with a strong focus on Power and HVAC systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Power Systems Monitoring:

Supervise UPS systems, diesel generators, and electrical panels; monitor power loads, efficiency, and detect anomalies in real-time.

HVAC Systems Management:

Maintain optimal temperature and humidity levels. Monitor CRACs, air handlers, and cooling systems for uninterrupted environmental control.

Real-Time Alerts & Response:

Configure and monitor alert systems; respond swiftly to potential failures or performance dips. Escalate issues and perform initial diagnostics.

Data Logging & Reporting:

Maintain thorough logs of system performance, incidents, and activities. Create daily, weekly, and monthly reports.

Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution:

Identify root causes of operational issues. Coordinate with on-ground technicians and external vendors to ensure timely resolution.

Preventive Maintenance:

Adhere to scheduled maintenance protocols. Set alerts and follow checklists to prevent potential downtime.

Compliance & Documentation:

Ensure systems meet industry and safety compliance standards. Support internal and external audits with complete documentation.

Candidate Requirements:

Proven experience (38 years) monitoring critical infrastructure systems — particularly Power & HVAC in Data Center or Telecom environments.

Exposure to systems such as UPS, DGs, CRAC units, and real-time monitoring tools.

Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills with keen attention to detail.

Calm, composed, and efficient under pressure in 24x7 uptime-critical environments.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Ability to maintain detailed documentation and reporting logs.

Preferred Background:

Experience in HVAC + Power + Data Center or Telecom

Strong understanding of preventive and corrective maintenance practices

Familiarity with audit processes and compliance standards for mission-critical infrastructure.
